熱熔鋁箔麥拉

[產品說明]: 熱熔鋁箔麥拉又叫熱融鋁箔麥拉,分PE型熱熔鋁箔麥拉、PVC型熱熔鋁箔麥拉；采用熱熔膠為MQ-40高分子聚合物，無毒無公害，符合最新版歐盟RoHS環保規章。另外一種叫自粘膜型熱熔鋁箔麥拉，采用正牌EAA自粘膜，保證能在較低預熱溫度下，具有良好的熱熔粘結效果，且保持長期穩定。

Product Description: Heat sealed aluminum polyester tape also called hot melt aluminum polyester tape, divide in PE heat sealed aluminum polyester tape and PVC heat sealed aluminum polyester tape, made of hot melt adhesive macromolecular polymer MQ-40, non-toxic and harmless, accord with the latest version of the EU RoHS environmental regulations. Another is self adhesive aluminum polyester tape, made of real EAA self adhesive film, it has good effect of hot melt adhesive when the low temperature, and can keep the stability for a long time.

[應用方式]: 主要應用于電腦線、家用通信電纜、高頻信號線、射頻線、同軸電纜等。利用線材外披覆壓出的熱能產生粘著，加固牢度好，密合優異，后段加工簡單。應用于多導體控制線材的干擾遮蔽，如信號線，同軸電纜，有線電視線材，Series　ATA排線或是局域網絡電纜。

Application: Mainly used in computer lines, communication cables, high-frequency signal lines, RF cable, coaxial cable, and so on. Make use of thermal energy with out coating wire, good reinforce, excellent compactness, simple process. Apply to interference and shielding of multi-conductive control wire, such as signal wire, coaxial cable TV wire, series ATA wire or LAN cables.

熱熔材質: MQ-40, Proprietary Formulated Co-polymer ；EAA自粘膜

涂布厚度: 精密涂布可自3μ起至最大25μ（3克至25克/平方米）

Coating thickness: Precise coating 3μ-25μ (3g-25g/m2)

熱反應溫度: 攝氏110至135度

Temperature thermal reaction: 110°C-135°C

熱封強度: 一般約為250至400克/20mm，特殊結構與強化配方可達1500克/20mm以上

Heat-Sealing strength: normal=250~400g/20mm, strengthened>1500g/20mm

二、顏色：常見顏色為藍色和銀色,還可根據需要做成紅色、綠色、金色等。

Color: Common color is blue and silver, can also be made red, green, gold etc, according to customer’s needs.

三、電氣特性：主要作為抗電磁干擾用，通常情況是在1-100MHZ，屏蔽衰減80dB左右時，單獨用雙面鋁箔就可以達到。

Electrical characteristics: Mainly as an anti-electromagnetic interference is usually the case in 1-100MHZ, shielding around 80dB attenuation can be achieved with Mylar foil.

四、分切及包裝：分切最小寬度為2mm，采用軸裝形式；常規分切寬度為5mm，內孔大小為52mm或76mm；收卷最大外徑為800mm，紙箱包裝。

Slitting and packaging: Slitting minimum width of 2mm, adopt shaft packing form; conventional slitting width is 5mm, bore size is 52mm or 76mm; the winding maximum outer diameter of 800mm, carton packaging.
